Welcome to Pooch Peacekeeping

Program Overview

What do all dog behavior problems have in common?

Conflict.

By conflict, I simply mean any gap or difference between elements of a system—such as the environment, the dog, other animals, and humans. This gap can serve as a powerful catalyst for learning, growth, and evolution or lead to a cycle of escalating behavior patterns, emotions, and a range of behavior problems, ultimately compromising the welfare of the dog and human and the human-canine bond itself.

Pooch Peacekeeping is an 8-week online course (join the live lectures and discussions or complete at your own pace within a year from registration.  The program includes over 28 hours of total instruction and support that will teach you how to harness this gap as a catalyst for behavioral and relationship transformation through a unique systems-thinking approach.

Pooch Peacekeeping is designed for dog professionals, geeks, and enthusiasts who value both the learning process and the destination. If you love dogs and learning, and are looking for something more then this course is for you.

"Be patient toward all that is unsolved in your heart and try to love the questions themselves, like locked rooms and like books that are now written in a very foreign tongue. Do not now seek the answers, which cannot be given you because you would not be able to live them. And the point is, to live everything. Live the questions now. Perhaps you will then gradually, without noticing it, live along some distant day into the answer.”

― Rainer Maria Rilke
